PROCESSING TIMES
Orders require production time before shipping. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and current order volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding your wall wasn't ready to get weird.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly.
